Traitors, death and torture - the history of Tower of London. Had a great day walking around Tower of London finding out about more of the blood spill in London's history by the beefeaters.
I had an opportunity to be all regal on a thrown, all I am missing is the crown. I

think I could make a good queen. In one of the towers they had a scene set out as if we had gone back in time and they had actors who greeted us. The one guy asked if I had traveled that way to confess my sins. I was kinda taken by suprise so I said I didn't have any sins. He then asked if I had just

been on a pilgrimage so I started getting into this role play and said I had gone to St Andrews Cathedral. He then thought that I was a Scottish rebel ... just can't win.
One of my favourite stories about the Tower of London is that it is believed that if all the ravens leave then the monarchy will fall. Now we know who is really ruling the country. ;)
Diamonds are a girls best friend especially when they come from

the girls home country. We went to look at the Crown jewels and I got all excited about the Cullinan diamond, I am so proud to be South African.

In the white tower - one of the 20 towers in Tower of London we got to explore the weaponry, I even got to do some archery in which the machine said I am a natural. We were introduced to Gin and Beer (two scary looking wood carved figures) and we saw one of the toilets, it literally heads out to a hole in the wall of the building. Not a good place to be walking around outside. It was a long day but was good fun.

That's it
I'm going on holiday with you in future. We also went to the tower of London and never did any of the cool things that you did.
It is a long day.
