Just Jinger

Woo Hoo!! In London going to see a South African band. In some ways that is kinda sad but I prefer to see it is a great way to feel proudly South African. Go Just Jinger!

Thalia managed to win tickets and I was lucky enough to join her, it was really great cos I was reminded of good they are. I don't have any Just Jinger on my laptop so I haven't heard any of their music in a year. I bought their CD at the end of the show though so I have now added Just Jinger to the collection.

For those of you who don't know the band let me introduce you.

Ard Matthews (vocals, acoustic guitar)

Ard started off with two solo's or should I say one and a half. Father and Father landed up being a bit of a dud he forgot the words but laughed about it and called out the rest of the band.

Denholm Harding (bass, vocals)

Sandy Chila (guitar, keys)

Ard sat on the front of the stage and Thalia and I were quite close so got cool pics. My favourite is one that was taken compliments of Ard.

While waiting for the bus outside I decided to take a pic of Walkabout Shepherds Bush since I have somehow managed to spen nearly an entire year in London and this was my first visit to a Walkabout.
